Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new business gets a 14-day free trial with no card needed to sign up. You can set up autopay from your dashboard at any time during the trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
After 14 days your account moves to the Basic plan automatically. If you have set up autopay, the first charge happens on the day the trial ends. If not, you get a short grace period to add it before the dashboard is paused.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Switch plans any time from Dashboard → Subscription.
Do online payments from my guests cost extra?
We do not add a fee. Payments go through your own Razorpay account and Razorpay's standard charges apply.
What happens to my customer data if I leave?
It is yours. Export your members as CSV at any time. See our privacy policy for how long we keep data after you close your account.
